small py-breakpoint.exp cleanups 

gdb/testsuite/ChangeLog:

        * gdb.python/py-breakpoint.exp: Remove unnecessary call to
        clean_restart.  Be a little stricter in the expected output
        for one of the tests.  Fix a typo in one of the comments.
