* dbxread.c: Include "gdb_string.h". 

(record_minimal_symbol, read_ofile_symtab): Replace
DEPRECATED_STREQ and DEPRECATED_STREQN with strcmp and strncmp.
* Makefile.in (dbxread.o): Update dependencies.
