* config.in: Rename from config.h.in. 

* configure.in: Call AC_CONFIG_HEADER with config.h:config.in.
	* configure: Rebuild.
	* Makefile.in (stamp-h): Set CONFIG_HEADERS to config.h:config.in
	when calling config.status.
