* gdb.base/printcmds.exp: Expect the null character to be printed

Browse Source 
as '\0', and the '\013' to be printed as '\v'.
* gdb.base/callfuncs.exp ("backtrace at nested call level 4"): Same.
* gdb.base/setvar.exp: Same.
