* Makefile.in (defs_h): Remove dependency on progress_h.
	* defs.h (QUIT): Remove use of PROGRESS macro. Remove include of
	progress.h.
	* main.c (captured_main): Delete use of START_PROGRESS and
	END_PROGRESS.
