* emultempl/hppaosf.em: Various fixes and support for linker stub

generation.
	(hppaosf_finish, hppaosf_search_for_padding_statements,
	hppaosf_create_output_section_statements): New functions in
	support of linker stub generation.
	(ld_hppaosf_emulation):  Redefine to include new
	emulation-specific routines.
