* gdb.asm/alpha.inc (gdbasm_enter): Use numeric register names

for .frame.
        (gdbasm_call): Lose ldgp.
        (gdbasm_startup): Add frame information.
        * gdb.asm/asm-source.exp (alpha*-*): Add -no-mdebug to asm-flags.
