	(mips_supply_fpregset): Renamed from supply_fpregset.
	(mips_fill_fpregset): Renamed from fill_fpregset.
	(fetch_core_registers): Update calls.
	(supply_gregset, fill_gregset, supply_fpregset, fill_fpregset): New
	functions.
