update bug numbers (GNATS -> Bugzilla) in a few signal related tests

This makes it easier to find the bugs in Bugzilla.

	* gdb.base/sigaltstack.exp: Update to use Bugzilla bug numbers
	instead of GNATS numbers.
	* gdb.base/sigbpt.exp: Likewise.
	* gdb.base/siginfo.exp: Likewise.
	* gdb.base/sigstep.exp: Likewise.
