asintl.h/bucomm.h/ld.h: Prevent the inclusion of <libintl.h> from the Solaris

version of <locale.h> when ENABLE_NLS is not defined.
gprof.c (main):Only invoke bindtextdomain() and textdomain() if ENABLE_NLS is
  defined.
