	(sparc_elf_wdisp16_reloc): New function.
	(elf_info_to_howto): Use sparc64_elf_howto_table.
	(sparc64_elf_relocate_section): Likewise.
	(bfd_elf64_bfd_reloc_type_lookup): Update.
