Use value_at_lazy() to examine memory values. For x/i this is very 

important as it stops the specified address being fetched twice -
once by value_at() and once somewhere in the disassembler.

(do_examine): For "i" format, specify examine_i_type.
(do_examine): Call value_at_lazy instead of value_at so that
examine data is only fetched if it is used.
(x_command): If examine data was not fetched, set convenience
variable "__" to void.
(_initialize_printcmd): Initialize examine_i_type.
