* coredep.c: Add <sys/types.h> for SCOnix.

* dbxread.c (read_dbx_symntab):  Avoid coredump on malformed file.
* printcmd.c (print_formatted):  Flush output before disassembly.
* xm-mips.h:  Update KERNEL_U_ADDR for new scheme.  Cleanup a bit.
