framefilter quit: Make it exception safe

	* python/py-framefilter.c (py_print_frame): Mention RETURN_QUIT in
	function comment.  Wrap all function that can throw in cleanups.
	(gdbpy_apply_frame_filter): Wrap all function that can throw in
	cleanups.
