minor reformatting in printcmd.c::print_scalar_formatted 

(GNU Coding Standard...)

gdb/ChangeLog:

        * printcmd.c (print_scalar_formatted): move binary operator from
        end of line to beginning of next line.  Adjust formatting
        accordingly.
