gdb/gdbserver/

* inferiors.c: Move code to ...
	* dll.c: .... here.  New.
	* server.h: Declare clear_dlls.
	* Makefile.in (SFILES): Add dll.c.
	(OBS): Add dll.o
	(dll.o): New rule.
