Silence warnings due to plugin API change

* testplug.c (parse_symdefstr): Use %hhi to read sym->def, and
	clear new fields.
	* testplug2.c (parse_symdefstr): Likewise.
	* testplug3.c (parse_symdefstr): Likewise.
	* testplug4.c (parse_symdefstr): Likewise.
