* config/i386/xm-windows.h: Undo previous change to SIGTRAP

and SIGQUIT values; it messed up non-MIPS targets.
	* config/mips/tm-mips.h: Undefine BREAKPOINT, replace
	with separate LITTLE_BREAKPOINT and BIG_BREAKPOINT definitions;
	this fixes problem with setting breakpoints in little-endian
	programs in the simulator.
