address.
(md_apply_fix_1) [BFD_ASSEMBLER]: For pc-relative reloc with
symbol, compensate for location of reloc.
(reloc, BFD_RELOC_32, BFD_RELOC_32_PCREL) [!BFD_ASSEMBLER]: Define
to return zero.
