* config/m68k/{cisco.mt,tm-cisco.h}: New files. 

* Makefile.in (ALLPARAM, ALLCONFIG): Add them.
	* configure.in: Recognize m68*-cisco*-*.

and means that these filenames no longer need be unique across all
