* Makefile.in: Add mips-linux-nat.c, mips-linux-tdep.c,

and sparc-linux-nat.c to ALLDEPFILES.  Add dependencies.
        * config/sparc/linux.mh: Add sparc-linux-nat.o to NATDEPFILES.
        * sparc-linux-nat.c: New file, from Mark Kettenis.
