* Makefile.in: Removed prelude.o, i386-nlmstub.o, nlmstub.o, 

nlmstub.nlm, and nlmstub targets.  Removed NWSOURCE and
  NWINCLUDES definitions.
* i386-nlmstub.c: Removed.
