* configure.ac: Check for readv function also. 

* fileread.cc (readv): Define if not HAVE_READV.
	* fileread.h (File_read:: max_readv_entries): Set to 1 if readv
	does not exist.
	* config.in: Regenerate.
	* configure: Regenerate.
