* gdb.base/nodebug.exp: Don't try to do an inferior function

        * gdb.c++/templates.exp: Likewise.
        * gdb.base/ptype.exp: Likewise.  Remove UDI specific stuff.

        * gdb.base/recurse.exp: Enable for the mn10200.

        * configure.in: Do configure gdb.stabs directory for *-*-elf
        targets.
        * configure: Rebuilt.
