* nlm/configure.in: Stop using cpu.c. Put it in TDEPFILES instead. 

* config/alpha/gdbserve.mt (TDEPFILES):  Remove alpha-patch.o.

* Move stuff from alpha-patch.h into here.
* config/alpha/gdbserve.mt (TDEPFILES): Get rid of alpha-uart.o.
