	* gas/mips/mips16-f.d: Use non-traditional symbol sorting.
	* gas/mips/mipsel16-f.d: Likewise.
	* gas/mips/mipsel16-e.d: New file, testcase for little endian MIPS16
	relocations.
	* gas/mips/tmipsel16-f.d: New file, testcase for little endian MIPS16
	relocations, traditional variant.
