* utils.c (quit): If using go32, still call error when quit seen. 

(pollquit): New function to poll keyboard for user interrupt,
	called from QUIT.
	* xm-go32.h (QUIT): Define to call pollquit.
	* h8300-tdep.c (examine_prologue): Use correct value for number of
	registers.
