* config/tc-mips.c (prev_insn_unreordered,
prev_prev_insn_unreordered): New static variables.
(append_insn): Don't swap branch instruction if
prev_prev_insn_unreordered (see comment).
(mips_no_prev_insn): Clear the unreordered variables.
(s_mipsset): When turning on reordering, set the unreordered
variables.
