* binutils-all/objdump.exp (cpus): Add MicroBlaze. 

(objdump -WL): Skip this test on MCore, Moxie and OpenRisc
	targets.

	* binutils-all/objcopy.exp (localize-hidden-1): Expect this test
	to fail on MIPS based targets.
