gdb/testsuite/

Test STT_GNU_IFUNC support.
	* gdb.base/gnu-ifunc-lib.c: New file.
	* gdb.base/gnu-ifunc.c: New file.
	* gdb.base/gnu-ifunc.exp: New file.
