common: add scoped_fd

Add a simple helper to automatically close a file descriptor.

gdb/
	* common/scoped_fd.h: New.
	* unittests/scoped_fd-selftest.c: New.
	* Makefile.in (SUBDIR_UNITTESTS_SRCS): Add
	unittests/scoped_fd-selftest.c.
