	* infptrace.c (udot_info): Prototype when CHILD_XFER_MEMORY is
	not defined.
	* config/xm-aix4.h (aix_resizewindow): Convert old style decl
	to prototype.
	* xcoffsolib.c (command.h): Include for needed prototypes.
