Add target_ops argument to to_call_history_range

	* target.h (struct target_ops) <to_call_history_range>: Add
	argument.
	* target.c (target_call_history_range): Add argument.
	* record-btrace.c (record_btrace_call_history_range): Add 'self'
	argument.
	(record_btrace_call_history_from): Update.
