* Makefile.in (SFILES_INCLUDED): Add agentexpr.texi. 

* agentexpr.texi: Retitle section, and change it to an appendix.
	Comment out texinfo initialization.  Factor a @var{} into two
	pieces to prevent makeinfo warnings.
	* gdb.texinfo: Add Agent Expressions appendix.
