Based on notes from Peter Eriksson <peter@ifm.liu.se>. The target 

does not actually work, though:
	* configure.in (i386-sequent-bsd*): New target.
	* configure: Rebuild.
	* config/tc-dynix.h: New file.
	* config/tc-i386.h: Define TARGET_FORMAT if TE_DYNIX.
