gdb/s390: Fill guess_tracepoint_registers hook.

gdb/ChangeLog:

	* s390-linux-tdep.c (s390_guess_tracepoint_registers): New function.
	(s390_gdbarch_init): Fill guess_tracepoint_registers hook.
