libctf: fix tabdamage

A little tabdamage predating the linker patch series has crept in.

New in v5.

libctf/
	* ctf-open.c (ctf_bufopen_internal): Fix tabdamage.
	* ctf-types.c (ctf_type_lname): Likewise.
