* tc-m68k.h: if M68KCOFF, define DOT_LABEL_PREFIX (to require
	local labels to start with a .) and set REGISTER_PREFIX to %.
	tc-m68k.c (m68k_reg_parse): accept REGISTER_PREFIX if defined.
