Alexandre Oliva a590e8e71d * maint-tool (deps): Output stamp-h instead of config.h.

(maintainer-clean-subdir): Depend on stamp-h rather than config.h.

	($(TARGETLIB)): Check .libs for PIC object files. Depend on

	(maint-missing): Pass $(REQUIRED_LTOFILES)
