with decls of malloc in c-exp.tab.c (as produced by yacc).
There's got to be a better way to do this...
* mipsread.c, dbxread.c: Remove troublesome inclusion of non-
standard <strings.h> file, now that the only single use of
rindex in the gdb source files is gone.
