Cary Coutant 7ff6eb49a2 Remove checks for constructors that might have been eliminated by GCC. 
GCC 6 does not generate constructors for two of gold's test cases.
This patch simply removes the checks for them.

	for constructor.

	* symtab.cc (Symbol_table::sized_finalize_symbol): Test
	should_retain_symbol map.
	* testsuite/Makefile.am (retain_symbols_file_test): New test.
	* testsuite/Makefile.in: Regenerate.
	* testsuite/retain_symbols_file_test.sh: New file.
