28e7fd6234 Update years in copyright notice for the GDB files. 
Two modifications:
  1. The addition of 2013 to the copyright year range for every file;
  2. The use of a single year range, instead of potentially multiple
     year ranges, as approved by the FSF.

dc92e16124 * cli/cli-cmds.c (apropos_command): Free the compiled regex. Use 
get_regcomp_error.

06825bd145 * configure.in: Rewrite check for GNU regex and the 
--without-included regex option, and move it into the "Checks for
library functions" section.  This makes us use the system regex
again by default on systems with version 2 of the GNU C library.
This was apparently broken.
* gdb_regex.h [!USE_INCLUDED_REGEX] (_REGEX_RE_COMP): Define.
* acconfig.h (USE_INCLUDED_REGEX): Remove.
* config.in, configure: Regenerated.

Include "xregex.h" instead of "gnu-regex.h".

(TAGFILES_NO_SRCDIR): Remove $(POSSLIBS).

gdb_regex.h in list of dependencies.
