* configure.in (vax-*-ultrix2*):  Add Ultrix 2.2 triplet.
	* config.guess:  Change 'VAX*:ULTRIX:*:*' to 'VAX*:ULTRIX*:*:*'.
	* config/mh-vaxult2:  New file.

Sean Eric Fagan da2f87448e mh-a68bsd is the Apollo Series 400 host file, to be used when running 
under the BSD emulation environment ($SYSTYPE=bsd4.3).
