Bob Wilson 03e94c089a * elf32-xtensa.c (action_list_count, xlate_map_entry, xlate_map, 
xlate_offset_with_removed_text, build_xlate_map, free_xlate_map): New.

Mark Kettenis 927e625f4b * elf64-hppa.c (elf64_hppa_section_from_phdr): Create .kernel 
pseudo-section.  Make sure .reg section comes after the proc
section it's generated from.
