Nick Clifton a68aa5d302 Ensure that when attempting to process an ARM Mach-O file with unknown relocs, that a suitable error message is displayed. 
PR 24703
binutils* bucomm.c (bfd_nonfatal): If no bfd error code has been set then
	indicate this in the output.
	(bfd_nonfatal_message): Likewise.

bfd	* mach-o-arm.c (bfd_mach_o_arm_canonicalize_one_reloc): Add error
	messages for failures.
	* mach-o.c (bfd_mach_o_canonicalize_relocs): Set an bfd error code
	if returning an error value.

Alan Modra 2d5d5a8f0a Include bfd_stdint.h in bfd.h 
This patch adds bfd_stdint.h to bfd.h, so that BFD can use size_t
where appropriate in function parameters and return values.  I also
tidy a few other cases where headers are included twice.

Binutils is supposed to use tabs.  In my git config I have
whitespace = indent-with-non-tab,space-before-tab,trailing-space
and I got annoyed enough seeing red in "git diff" output to fix
the problems.

binutils* rddbg.c (read_symbol_stabs_debugging_info): Check for an empty
	string whilst concatenating symbol names.

bfd	* mach-o.c (bfd_mach_o_canonicalize_relocs): Pass the base address
	of the relocs to the canonicalize_one_reloc routine.
	* mach-o.h (struct bfd_mach_o_backend_data): Update the prototype
	for the _bfd_mach_o_canonicalize_one_reloc field.
	* mach-o-arm.c (bfd_mach_o_arm_canonicalize_one_reloc): Add
	res_base parameter.  Use to check for corrupt pair relocs.

binutils * dwarf.c (dwarf_vmatoa_1): Do not pass a NULL string pointer to
