Stan Shebs 5e2b61fb51 Remove MPW support, no longer used. 
* mpw-README, mpw-build.in, mpw-config.in, mpw-configure,
        mpw-install: Remove files.
        * src-release (DEVO_SUPPORT): Remove names of removed files.
        * MAINTAINERS: Likewise.
