While using @progbits in .pushsection work on some targets, it does not
work on arm target where this introduces a comment. This patch replaces
its use in gdb.dlang/watch-loc.c and gdb.mi/dw2-ref-missing-frame-func.c
by %progbits which should work on all targets since it is used in
target-independent elf/section7.s GAS test.

Some testcases needed to be updated as they were missing
.debug_aranges. While that does not matter for no-index (as GDB
builds the mapping internally during dwarf2_build_psymtabs_hard) and
neither for .gdb_index (as GDB uses that internally built mapping
which it stores into .gdb_index) it does matter for .debug_names as
that simply assumes existing .debug_aranges from GCC.

Rationale behind the change instead of adding a `.init$' postfix being
that "initializer for symbol" is much more informative when inspecting D
runtime type information in gdb, which is the only place where you would
encounter references to this compiler-generated symbol.
gdb/testsuite/ChangeLog:

The two-tier lexer in gdb/d-exp.y, which resolves fully qualified names
missed a case where `module.type' was not being classified as one token.
And so when the grammar takes over, it matched the remaining tokens
against the rule `TypeExp . IdentifierExp', where we were expecting to
instead match cast expression `( TypeExp ) UnaryExpression'.
Adding a case for TYPE_CODE_MODULE in type_aggregate_p means that
classify_inner_name will get a chance to lookup the symbol.
This was noticed when using `watch -l', and got the rather confusing
response:
A syntax error in expression, near `) 0x0add4e55'.
So it's been included in the testsuite, along with another test that
does effectively the same expression, but explicitly.

aggregate-like.

While casting works as expected with expression debugging turned off,
this seems to be an indication that the D language parser function is
doing something wrong in the building of the expression.
Without changing the grammar, using UNOP_CAST_TYPE is the right thing to
do here, as the TypeExp handler has already wrapped the type around a
pair of OP_TYPE opcodes.

This applies the second part of GDB's End of Year Procedure, which
updates the copyright year range in all of GDB's files.

Given two or more modules that import each other's scope, the current symbol
lookup routines would go round in circles looking through each import from
each module, possibly checking the same module twice or more until all possible
paths are marked as "searched".
Given enough modules, this causes an exponential slowdown in time taken to find
symbols that do exist, and infinite recursion when they don't.

When running tests in parallel, each test puts its generated files in a
different directory, under "outputs". I think it would be nice if it
was always the case, as it would isolate the test cases a bit more. An
artifact created by a test wouldn't get overwritten by another test.
Also, it makes it easier to clean up. A lot of executables are left all
over the place because their names do not appear in gdb.*/Makefile. If
everything is in "outputs", then we just have to delete that directory
(which we already do).
At the same time it makes the gdb.foo directories and their Makefiles
useless in the build directory, since they are pretty much only used for
cleaning.
