3b57ba9008 * Everywhere: Change RANLIB=echo>/dev/null (which confuses 
some shells - and I don't blame them) to RANLIB=true.
	* mh-solaris:  Use /usr/ucb/install for INSTALL.

67622ee16f For systems where RANLIB is defined as echo, send the output to /dev/null 
to help reduce clutter in the output from doing a make.
