Add support for catching system calls to native FreeBSD targets.

All platforms on FreeBSD use a shared system call table, so use a
single XML file to describe the system calls available on each FreeBSD
platform.
Recent versions of FreeBSD include the identifier of the current
system call when reporting a system call entry or exit event in the
ptrace_lwpinfo structure obtained via PT_LWPINFO in fbsd_wait. As
such, FreeBSD native targets do not use the gdbarch method to fetch
the system call code. In addition, FreeBSD register sets fetched via
ptrace do not include an equivalent of 'orig_rax' (on amd64 for
example), so the system call code cannot be extracted from the
available registers during a system call exit. However, GDB assumes
that system call catch points are not supported if the gdbarch method
is not present. As a workaround, FreeBSD ABIs install a dummy gdbarch
method that throws an internal_error if it is ever invoked.

FreeBSD-specific auxiliary vector entries and outputs a suitable
description using fprint_auxv_entry.

Add casts to memory allocation related calls

Most allocation functions (if not all) return a void* pointing to the
allocated memory. In C++, we need to add an explicit cast when
assigning the result to a pointer to another type (which is the case
more often than not).
The content of this patch is taken from Pedro's branch, from commit
"(mostly) auto-generated patch to insert casts needed for C++". I
validated that the changes make sense and manually reflowed the code to
make it respect the coding style. I also found multiple places where I
could use XNEW/XNEWVEC/XRESIZEVEC/etc.
Thanks a lot to whoever did that automated script to insert casts, doing
it completely by hand would have taken a ridiculous amount of time.
Only files built on x86 with --enable-targets=all are modified. This
means that all other -nat.c files are untouched and will have to be
dealt with later by using appropiate compilers. Or maybe we can try to
build them with a regular g++ just to know where to add casts, I don't
know.
I built-tested this with --enable-targets=all and reg-tested.
Here's the changelog entry, which was not too bad to make despite the
size, thanks to David Malcom's script. I fixed some bits by hand, but
there might be some wrong parts left (hopefully not).

Fetch all registers before writing the core register notes.
...
Without this, not all registers were present in the core generated by
gcore. For example, running 'gcore' on a program without examining
the vector registers (SSE or AVX) would store all the vector registers
as zeros because they were not pulled into the regcache. Running
'info vector' before 'gcore' would store the correct values in the
core since it populated the regcache. For Linux processes, a similar
operation is achieved by having the thread iterator callback invoke
target_fetch_registers on each thread before its corresponding
register notes are dumped.

Add multi-arch capable 'fbsd_make_corefile_notes' variant
...
This creates a new version of the FreeBSD core file note generation
logic in the new target-dependent file "fbsd-tdep.c". The new version
is mostly copied from "fbsd-nat.c", but uses the iterator instead of
regset_from_core_section and defines fbsd_make_corefile_notes as a
gdbarch method instead of a target method.
Consecutive architecture-dependent changes exploit the new version,
migrating away from the target method. When all FreeBSD targets are
changed, the target method can go away.
