This applies the second part of GDB's End of Year Procedure, which
updates the copyright year range in all of GDB's files.

Pedro Alves c32e87066a Test issuing a command split in multiple lines with continuation chars 
I happened to break this locally and the testsuite didn't notice it.
Add some tests.
